Current State 😭🤣🐶

So I’ve decided it’s time to get fit! Currently as a dog walker I have some fitness, I can sometimes be walking 25000 steps a day but run around after the dogs and I am wrecked! I am also aware that I need to start slow, be realistic, have achievable targets 😎 At the moment I can do a total of ZERO push ups! (yay me) I’m gonna be aiming for 10 push ups, I’ll start by doing push ups on the stairs, this should (🤞) build better form and strength before I attempt a proper push up!
